In the scheduled time, the cleaning liquid of a certain temperature is sprayed and washed automatically on the inner surface of the equipment through a sealed pipeline.
It mainly consists of single or multiple cleaning liquid tanks, pipes, distributors, booster pumps, reflux pumps, pneumatic control valves, acid-base metering pumps, plate heat exchangers, temperature controllers, conductivity detectors, liquid level controllers, PLC touch screens and control cabinets.
It has an independent cleaning liquid mixing system. Through precise control of the PH of the cleaning liquid, it can carry out automatic cleaning in time and effectively.
It has the characteristics of high automation and simple operation.
Unique discharging structure can prevent the crystallization of cleaning liquid from blocking the pipeline.
Through the man-machine interface, the training time of operators can be shortened, and the working status of key components of equipment can be visually displayed.
