Audited Supplier The Depalletizer is suitable for depalletizing tin cans, it lifts the cans to conveyor chain layer by layer. It often supports the use of can washer, which can save a lot of labor and improve production capacity.
The forklift lifts the pallet onto the conveyor, and the conveyor will deliver it into the platform. The elevating platform lift the cans to the height, after the cans is removed, the empty pallet go down to the conveyor. All actions are controlled by the lifting system and the speed can be adjusted to fit the operation. Cans is pushed by cylinder device, those cans that were depalletized earlier will be fixed in order to prevent falling down. And the the whole layer of cans will be deliver to the conveyor, and then the fixed part will come back to prepare position, and then conduct next work. The direction and position can be adjust to the requirement.
